Resident Settlement

You can add a resident using Settlement process by first creating a client, reserve a unit then perform settlement.

1. Tap Client on the Home page and hit the "+" button.
2. Enter the client's name, phone, and email, then tap Save
3. Tap Activity and select Reservation to reserve a unit
4. Tap Settlement from the Home page.
5. Under Contract Detail, enter the contract price and the date of settlement, then hit Finalize Settlement

Important: If the village requires resident verification prior to move-in, you must complete the verification process first, or the system will block the transfer.
