Resident Evacuation

The evacuation program tracks resident attendance during fire drills using the following process:

1. Event Creation: The system automatically sets up an "Evacuation" event.
2. ID Printing: Resident barcodes are printed from the matching resident chart.
3. Scanning: Staff scan each resident's ID using a handheld 2D barcode scanner.
4. Mobile Backup: You can use a smartphone if a handheld scanner is unavailable, though scanning may be slightly more difficult.
